Code of Conduct
The Hunter Group undertakes to perform to the following code:
  •   to deliver consistently an unrivalled level of service to our clients;

  •   to operate efficiently and effectively the range of services set out in our mission;

  •   to pursue industry best practice;

  •   to maintain in strict confidence all dealings with and on behalf of our clients;

  •   to honour all commitments made with clients and to exercise prudent business practice in their delivery;

  •   to protect the interests of our clients and to give prompt and diligent attention to all matters;

  •   to keep our clients fully informed as to progress of assignments;

  •   to ensure the highest level of two way communication with our clients is met;

  •   to comply with all State and Federal laws relating to the operation of our business and specifically in respect to:

    • i.   Privacy Protection;

      ii.  Fair Trading principles;

      iii. ACCC / ASIC Guidelines in respect to Debt Collection;

  •   to not undertake any activity which might affect the good reputation of our clients in our business; and

  •   to be bound by the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct of the Institute of Mercantile Agents.
